FEE STRUCTURE:

We charge according to how much work we will need to do to ensure that we do a good job for you. We will, therefore, need to sit down with you to see what needs to be done before we can quote you on a job. If you qualify for one of the government agencies’ systems, they may subsidise your costs by up to 80%-90%. We can give you the following guidelines:

A private business plan for a small/start-up company with a delivery of 1-2 weeks costs R30 000 to R35 000, with a marketing plan costing about R10 000 more.

A due diligence is very dependent on the size and complexity of the target company, with a smaller study costing from R30 000.

Administration system guidelines and business feasibility cost between R15 000 and R30 000.

We usually charge a basic fee plus a success fee, which is percentage based, for undertaking to obtain funding for clients: no funding, no success fee!

Accounting systems and training cost R15-25 000.
SUBSIDIES FROM THE GOVERNMENT SCHEMES, IF YOU QUALIFY, MEAN THAT YOU ONLY PAY BETWEEN:
R1 500 to R3 000 for a business plan, R1 850 to R4 000 for a marketing plan, from R4 000 for a basic due diligence and R1 500 to R3 000 for business administration policies and guidelines. To qualify for the Government schemes, you will need to be a South African citizen, have a valid ID document, not be blacklisted, own a close corporation (cc) and be able to convince them that you are a good candidate. We will assist by introducing you to the people who run the schemes.
